Merry News Roundup Welcome to the November Edition of our Merry Newsletter. The end of the year is fast approaching, but there's still plenty of merriness to go around! Here's what we've been up to over the last month... | | A NOTE FROM DANI ✨ My husband and I recently spoke at a local event in Warrnambool, Victoria called Level Up, where we shared our experiences in starting our respective businesses. I don't love public speaking; it makes me nervous and takes a lot of energy out of me! However, over the years, I have learnt to feel more comfortable with it and embrace my softer-spoken demeanour. I also do enjoy hearing how my story has made students and start-ups feel like starting a business is possible! While in Warrnambool, I also visited the local public high school Warrnambool College and met with Architecture and Design Teacher, Anthea Rafferty. Anthea is a Merry People customer and she was kind enough to take me through a garden project that she has been leading called The Living Classroom - a space that connects indigenous students to Country and provides a visual garden that makes them feel culturally safe and proud.
