Seven Things Week 8

So very tired this week, particularly towards the end of the week.  The way I feel this week is why I've only committed to seven things a week.  

Most of the decluttering happened in the first half of the week and then I crashed physically.  I suspect the stress at work is having an effect and there will be a major slow down for the next month or so.  That's ok.  This is a long term gig.

I also did not do well when faced with temptation at the studio of a local ceramicist.  So many beautiful things; hand crafted and glorious.  It's a surprise that I only came home with 5 of her pieces.  And I'm pretty ok with replacing our mass produced, soulless homewares with handcrafted, meaningful ones.

7	dresses	gift	My mother’s, discovered in a trunk when I cleared out her house.  They have proved very difficult to let go of.  Most were made by her, many were maternity clothes.  I suspect she expected to wear them again, but after two kids and one miscarriage, her longed for third child never eventuated.
