Had to go to Medicare yesterday. Wanna know how long I had to wait in the queue? Go on, guess?
Ribbed blanket for TOF's mum in Cleckheaton Studio Mohair. Details on Rav.
3 minutes. I had time to sit, take photo and knit 27 stitches.
Can't even rely on inefficiency these days. When am I meant to get knitting done if it's not in queues?
Oh, and I got more back than I expected!

It's a ribbed blankie for The Old Flame's mother. Details on Rav http://www.ravelry.com/projects/Taphophile/ribbed-mohair-throw
Lol...this is why I always carrying my knitting with me ;)
I have been the only one waiting in Medicare, three workers have all tapped away at their computers and left me standing! As if they were each waiting for the other to serve me :)
I think it is like Meditating: if I have my knitting in a queue it seems less queue-like!!! It is the inconsistency and uncertainty of queue times that interferes with your knitting. Happy Refund!!
I feel your pain! Bloody efficient staff!
You just can't count on public servants these days.
