Seven Things Week 45

I'm just not knitting as much as I used to. It's not that I don't want to, it's just that there's less time to do it. There will be some catching up on Sunday when I spend the whole day "apres" skiing while the OF leads a tour. There will be snowy scenery, a warm fire, hot chocolate, a good book and much knitting. Bliss.

Oh Taph - you're still doing so well - and I've been so slack - I've been getting rid of stuff (not enough of course) but there has been rather an expansion in the whole knit/book/ books about knitting thing! I just haven't been organised about it! My problem in a nutshell!

Someone asked me where the patterns went to and I said that they were taken into the collection of a professional librarian/archivist/local historian. This being the case, your not so much as getting stuff in as making an acquisition for the collection for future researchers!

Have been catching up on your posts. Love the idea of craft pimp. Bet he hangs out with the yarn pushers.

Stay warm.

Personally I can't decide which I love more. Skiing or Apres Skiing.

Sounds like you are having a great time.

Hi Taph, I wanna do apres ski too!
It's the middle of summer here but it still rains every day just to dampen your optimism and it reached a scorching 20 degrees today!
Have a great day. Have you decided what to take with you to knit yet?
Cheers Gillian

I've just spent half an hour perusing your blog, when I'm meant to be working... thanks for the diversion!

I have a question: I'm visiting Canberra next month and would love to spend a day or so doing some heavy duty op shopping. Are you able to recommend some? I have no real idea what's there, but plan on doing a Google search with the hope that most show up. But I don't want to miss anything!

Any ideas/recommendations/advice would be appreciated!

Thanks :)
