You must be thinking, "Who on earth would want to comment on such an esoteric list?" But, I have just put down volume 2 of my Shorter Oxford Dictionary. I could not find Taphophile!
So using word roots I have established that you absolutely adore the process of fossilisation.
Hmmm! And blogging too!
So...are you a paradox or an oxymoron? And for the sake of it, do you prefer red or white wine?
Cheers Gillian

Taphos in Greek is a tomb and I love cemeteries, hence Taphophile. Fossils are nice, too, but I prefer cemeteries. I've spent a lot of time researching in and about cemeteries and advocating for their preservation.

If I had to choose between paradox and oxymoron, it would be paradox.

I prefer red wine; and you?

Absolutely RED, but also champagne style on a summer's day.

So tell me - what is Magpie Mohair? It's either a rather nasty variety of 'feathers', or something much nicer... I'm hoping for the latter ;)

All will be revealed in the fullness of time, Jejune. I took photos but Blogger was buggering stuff up yesterday and I lost the long, witty and highly illustrated post that explains all of this.

A knitting 'cape' you say? Does such a cape bestow knitting superpowers on the wearer? :) Or is the cape all about conserving the body heat of a knitter during a brisk Canberra day?! If so I'll take three and embrace the fashionistic technique of layering.... :)
