A textile artist friend is developing an exhibition (it will be in Hobart next year probably) and needs a copy for her research. She has early Tasmanian convicts in her family and this book was recommended. Happy to buy and pay postage etc...

May be available from one of the second hand sellers in Hobart - or even on ebay - I'll keep a watch out - could ask the Knightly Knitter - she's up here this weekend and is also a librarian - I'll think and send a list of contacts (had a freudian slip - cantacts - that's hopeful!)
Hm, I haven't seen that one, and I keep my eyes out due to my own family research and interests. I will have a think though. She should consider contacting Tasmanian historical societies and so forth. A quick check of our state library tells me there are copies available in the reference section of many libraries, and one for loan. Does she need the whole book? I could copy some for her . . .
