Right and wrong don't apply to knitting patterns.
You drop stitches or you don't, that's all.

That really sucks. We used to have a magazine called Mode. It's tag line was "style beyond size" and it showed women in real sizes wearing nice looking clothes. It was bought by a company that published farm journals and decided that the fashion image didn't mesh with their corporate image and they closed it down. Now we are stuck with the Vogue "size issue" which means that if you wear a 12 you are a woman of size. I hope someone buys the mag and keeps it going. Olivia sent me a copy and it is really good.

that is a real shame.
Bugger, that was one subscription I was actually going to renew too.
Yeah, crap, hey? I got an e-mail from Barb about it ... let's hope they can find a new publisher / editor!
I agree, bugger! I wish we could all get together to keep it going!
Bugger indeed. It's not over yet but it certainly sounds like it. Damn.
five-fold bugger. Now we've only got stupid Creative Knitting in this hemisphere. Make that a six-fold bugger.

That's too bad....crappy news. I'm glad I bought a copy of the mag while I was there.
